What this is
Brain Health is one feature of Brain, a personal AI assistant built and run by a single individual
for that individual's own use. It runs on that person's own computer. There are no user accounts,
there is no sign-up, and it is not offered to anyone else.
With that person's explicit authorization, Brain Health reads their own Google Health data and keeps
a local copy on their own machine. It uses that copy to answer their own questions, such as how they
slept last night compared with their usual pattern, or how their activity over the past week compares
with their own recent average.
What it does with the data
Reads the operator's own Google Health data. It has read-only permission and cannot write to Google Health.
Stores measurements locally, on the operator's own computer, in a database kept separate from everything else Brain stores.
Calculates the operator's own 7-day and 28-day baselines from their own history, so comparisons are against that person rather than against a population.
When the operator asks a health-related question, sends a small, minimized summary of those numbers to the AI provider they have configured, so that the question can be answered.

What it is not
Not a medical device and not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a clinician.
Not a product. There is no sign-up, no account, no customer and nothing for sale.
Not operated by a company. It is one individual's personal project, run for that
person's own use. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or run on behalf of any company or organisation.
Not advertising-supported. There is no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no sale of data. This page itself loads no scripts, no fonts and no third-party resources.
Brain Health は、個人が自分自身のために作り、自分の PC 上で動かしている personal AI system「Brain」の
一機能です。利用者は本人 1 人だけで、アカウント登録の仕組みはなく、他の誰にも提供していません。
本人の明示的な許可のもとで、本人自身の Google Health データを読み取り専用で取得し、
本人の PC 上にローカルに保存します。その数値を使って、本人自身の質問（昨夜の睡眠はいつもと比べてどうだったか、
今週の運動量は自分の平均と比べてどうか、など）に答えます。比較の基準は一般的な標準値ではなく、
本人自身の 7 日間・28 日間の平常値です。
